Zimnica Balkan Salata Mixed Vegetable Salad, Bosnian Style 2.3kg (5.1lb)
Zimnica is the name for the jars of mixed vegetables Balkan families put up every autumn to last the winter, and this Balkan salata carries that same tradition in a jar. Zimnica makes this Bosnian mixed vegetable salad, packed at 2300g (80oz) net weight, 1200g (42oz) drained, a product of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serve it chilled as a side dish. Serve it alongside Banja Luka Whole Tomato Peppers and grilled ćevapi for a full Balkan spread.
