In Lithuanian kitchens a bowl of warm semolina porridge with jam is a childhood breakfast. AmbeRye Semolina is wheat semolina for porridge and baking, 800 g (1.8 lb), made in Lithuania. Stir it into simmering milk until thick and top with jam or butter. Back home it goes with Vitaminka Plum Pekmez, on our shelf as well.
