Bresaola is the air-dried, salted beef of Valtellina in the Italian Alps, sliced paper-thin and eaten as an antipasto with olive oil and lemon. This is Alef Uncured Wagyu Bresaola from Alef Sausage, a 3 oz (85 g) pack of sliced air-dried Wagyu beef. Lay the slices on a charcuterie board or over arugula with shaved hard cheese and a squeeze of lemon. Back home it goes with Krinós Greek Feta Cheese 200g (7.1oz) — on our shelf as well.
