About Gullón
Galletas Gullón was founded in 1892 in Aguilar de Campoo, Palencia, Spain, surrounded by the wheat fields that still supply its factories. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, it is the leading biscuit manufacturer in Spain and one of the largest in Europe, with a turnover exceeding 630 million euros in 2023 and distribution to more than 125 countries. The company has been a pioneer in health-focused biscuits since the 1980s — launching Spain's first wholemeal biscuit in 1986 — and today its flagship Gullón Zero line covers an extensive range of sugar-free cookies, wafers, and shortbread made with alternative sweeteners such as maltitol. Its Gullón II plant in Aguilar de Campoo, opened in 2003, is the largest biscuit factory in Europe.
