Pulaski Meats began in 1963 with European immigrants Else and Alfred, who brought cherished family recipes and traditions from the Old World to America. Alfred, a Meister Brief (Master Butcher) in Europe, used his extensive experience to create Eastern European-style products by hand. Their goal was to make their customers feel at home through authentic flavors, transporting them back to their childhoods with specialties like Kielbasies and Pierogies. This dedication to heritage makes them a trusted source for the Balkan/Eastern European diaspora seeking a taste of home.
