Heritage: Podrum Pevac — Rooster Cellar — is a Serbian distiller specializing in fruit rakija and honey-based spirits from the Šumadija region. Viljamovka — Williams pear brandy — captures the aromatic intensity of Williams Bon Chrétien pears in distilled form, standing apart from the more common šljivovica (plum) tradition with its perfumed orchard-fruit character.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced ripe Williams pear aroma with hints of orchard blossom and pear-skin notes. Smooth, gently warming palate; clean fruit-driven finish.
Pairing: Serve neat at room temperature as a digestif. Excellent with walnut povitica, baklava, aged hard cheese, or after a hearty meal.
