Heritage: Gardena is Loacker's full-size wafer line — sized for the family coffee-table rather than the lunchbox, with the same craft Alfons Loacker brought to Bolzano in 1925. Production runs on the Renon plateau above 1,000 meters; the brand is still family-owned through three generations.
