Heritage: Viljamovka — Williams pear brandy — captures the aromatic intensity of Williams Bon Chrétien pears in distilled form. Among Balkan rakija categories, viljamovka stands apart for its perfumed orchard-fruit character, distinct from the more common šljivovica (plum) and loza (grape) traditions. Gazdina — meaning of the master / household head — bottles in the classic Bosnian style.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced ripe pear aroma with a hint of orchard blossom and pear-skin notes. Smooth, gently warming palate; clean fruit-driven finish.
