Heritage: Burgas 63 takes its name and identity from Bulgaria's Black Sea port city. The Special Selection bottling spends twelve years in oak — substantial barrel time even by cognac standards — yielding a mellow profile with deep, subtle flavor.
Tasting notes: Deep amber color. Dried fruit, vanilla, and oak on the nose with a faint spice note. Full, smooth palate with a long, layered finish.
Pairing: Sip neat at room temperature in a snifter or tulip glass. Excellent with dark chocolate, espresso, or as a contemplative after-dinner pour.
