Starting with traditional items like Spinach Pie (Spanakopita) and Pastitsio, the company quickly grew, bringing in Harry's children Jim and Mary. While their catalog currently shows chocolate, their core strength lies in savory ethnic cuisine, making them a trusted source for authentic Greek flavors for the diaspora. The family's roots in Greece, visible in their 1972 photo at the Parthenon, underscore their commitment to heritage.
