Roner Obstler Diluted Apple Brandy — a South Tyrolean apple distillate from one of Italy's most respected alpine distillers. Mountain-fresh apple character at a softened sipping strength.
Heritage: Roner has been distilling in the South Tyrolean village of Tramin since 1946, working with alpine fruits from the Italian-Austrian border region. Obstler — German for fruit brandy — is the alpine tradition shared across South Tyrol, Tyrol, and Bavaria, traditionally rendered from late-harvest orchard apples and pears.
Tasting notes: Clear with faint golden hue. Pronounced fresh-apple aroma with a hint of orchard fragrance. Smooth, lightly warming palate; clean fruit-driven finish.
Pairing: Serve chilled or at room temperature as a digestif. Excellent over apple strudel, alongside aged cheese, or after an alpine meal.
