Heritage: Murfatlar is one of Romania's most established wine houses, with vineyards near the Black Sea coast in the Dobrogea region. The maritime climate and limestone soils give Romanian Pinot Grigio its lifted aromatics and bright acidity.
Tasting notes: Pale green-gold. Green apple, citrus, and a faint floral edge on the nose. Crisp, dry palate; clean refreshing finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with light pasta, grilled chicken, fresh seafood, or a salată boeuf.
