Heritage: Burgas 63 takes its identity from Bulgaria's Black Sea port city. The Special Selection bottling sits in the brand's premium tier, with longer barrel time than entry-tier Bulgarian rakijas.
Tasting notes: Deep amber color. Rich grape aroma with notes of dried fruit and oak. Full-bodied palate with controlled warmth and a long finish.
Pairing: Sip neat at room temperature in a snifter or over a single ice cube. Excellent with dark chocolate, espresso, or as a contemplative evening pour.
