Heritage: Tikveš Winery has been making wine since 1885 in the Tikveš valley of central North Macedonia, the country's premier wine region. Alongside the indigenous Vranec and Smederevka, the winery bottles international varietals like Chardonnay for the broader European market — wines that bring Macedonian terroir to the international grape canon.
Tasting notes: Pale gold color. Bright apple and pear on the nose with a subtle citrus lift. Medium-bodied palate with crisp acidity and a clean balanced finish.
Pairing: Serve chilled. Excellent with grilled fish, creamy pasta, fresh cheese, or as a refined aperitif.
