Baraba Heirloom Plum Rakija — a Serbian plum brandy distilled from heirloom plum varieties, bottled at the Baraba distillery. Concentrated, traditional, and varietal-driven; rakija built on the cultivar lineage of the Serbian plum belt.

Heritage: Heirloom plum varieties — primarily the autumn-ripe Pozegača — anchor the traditional Serbian šljivovica tradition. The Baraba distillery bottles single-varietal expressions to highlight the fruit character that modern industrial plum cultivars often lose. The result is a rakija with the unmistakable depth of the Serbian plum belt.

Tasting notes: Clear to faint amber. Concentrated ripe plum on the nose with a hint of dried fruit and stone-fruit kernel. Full, warming palate; clean fruit-driven finish with lingering plum.
