Bosolac Extra XO — French-distilled premium brandy blended for a smooth, approachable XO profile. Made from selected grape varieties and aged for years in oak.
Heritage: Bosolac sources its base spirit from French distilleries working in the cognac tradition, then ages and blends to its house style. XO — Extra Old — designates a longer barrel rest that yields rounder fruit, more wood spice, and a smoother finish than entry-level brandies.
Tasting notes: Deep amber with golden highlights. Dried apricot, vanilla, oak, and a whisper of dark chocolate on the nose. Velvety palate with warm spice, gentle sweetness, and a long, contemplative finish.
Pairing: Serve neat in a snifter or over a single large ice cube. Excellent after dinner with a square of dark chocolate, espresso, or a hand-rolled cigar.
