Struggling to find cheese of desired quality, they established their own production facilities in Çanakkale, Ezine Bayramiç, using inherited recipes. They carefully collect milk from cows, sheep, and goats grazing in Güney Marmara, Ezine, Bayramiç, and the foothills of Kaz Dağları, using only natural yeast and salt. Their cheeses, like Gurme Ezine Peyniri and Eski Kaşar, are aged for months to develop their distinctive flavors.
