Zarić Koketa Cherry Liqueur — a Serbian cherry liqueur from the Destilerija Zarić lineup, balancing sweet cherries with a soft almond undertone. Bright ruby color, fragrant nose, and a smooth dessert profile.
Heritage: Sour cherry — višnja in Serbian — has been distilled and macerated into liqueurs across the Balkans for generations. Zarić works in this tradition, sweetening cherry distillate into the Koketa label as a counterpoint to the distillery's premium pear and plum rakijas.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby color. Pronounced ripe cherry aroma with a soft almond-pit undertone. Smooth, gently sweet palate; clean finish.
Pairing: Serve chilled in small cordial glasses, neat or over ice. Excellent over vanilla ice cream, in classic cocktails, or as an after-dinner pour.
