Rubin Carica Milica — a Serbian semi-dry red named for Empress Milica, wife of Prince Lazar who fell at the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. Delicate sweetness with bright red berry character.
Heritage: Carica Milica — Empress Milica — is one of the most important figures in Serbian medieval history, founder of the Ljubostinja monastery and key figure in the post-Kosovo Serbian state. Rubin AD bottles this semi-dry red as historical sibling to its Car Lazar (Prince Lazar) line.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby color. Sweet red berry aromas with a soft floral lift. Smooth, gently sweet palate with a clean fruit-driven finish.
Pairing: Serve at cellar temperature. Excellent with light red meats, cheese platters, or as an approachable pour for guests who don't drink dry.
