Yumis Palenta Corn Meal — the Serbian-pantry cornmeal in the fine-ground format. Finely-ground yellow cornmeal in the Yumis Belgrade-kitchen line — the kačamak-and-palenta grain the Serbian household stirs at the stove for the soft-set side or the grilled-slice plate. Stir slowly into boiling salted water for the kačamak with kajmak and bijeli sir on top, set firm and slice for grilling beside grilled sausage, layer with smoked meat for the Serbian palenta plate, or serve beneath a hearty pasulj stew the household ladles over the soft grain.
