Gazdina Quince Rakija — a Bosnian quince brandy in the village-still tradition. Fragrant, honeyed, and unmistakably quince; the most aromatic of the orchard rakijas.
Heritage: Dunja — quince — is one of the most distinctive Balkan orchard fruits, traditionally distilled in family stills across the plum belt from late autumn through winter. The fruit gives the most floral and complex aromatic profile of all the Bosnian fruit rakijas.
Tasting notes: Light golden hue. Pronounced quince aroma with floral and honeyed notes. Smooth palate with gentle warmth and a long aromatic finish.
Pairing: Serve at room temperature as a digestif. Excellent with aged hard cheese, walnut torte, or alongside dark chocolate.
