Delta Esencija — Greek high-strength pickling vinegar concentrate. Greek-tradition concentrated vinegar essence at serious home-preserving strength — built for the cucumber-jar brine and the cabbage crock, never for direct table use. Dilute heavily before any food contact, stir into the brine for turshi (Greek mixed pickle), build the cure for tursi (the Balkan winter pickle), or fold into the pickling liquid for the household autumn-preserve operation. Read the label, dilute properly, respect the strength.
