Stobi Cabernet Sauvignon — a Macedonian dry red built on Bordeaux's signature varietal, from the Tikveš wine region. Rich dark-fruit character with firm tannins; an elegant Macedonian Cabernet.
Heritage: Stobi Winery takes its name from the ancient Roman city near Gradsko in central North Macedonia. The Tikveš wine region around the winery is the country's sunniest grape-growing area, producing varietal Cabernet Sauvignon alongside the indigenous Vranec that anchors Macedonian red wine.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Rich dark-fruit aromas with subtle hints of cedar and spice. Full-bodied palate with firm tannins and a long structured finish.
Pairing: Serve at cellar temperature. Excellent with grilled steaks, mushroom risotto, lamb dishes, or aged hard cheese.
