Heritage: Pilsner originated in nineteenth-century Bohemia and was quickly adopted by German brewers, who developed the distinctively drier German Pilsner style with more pronounced bittering hops than the original Czech version. Bismarkhbrau bottles in this German tradition.
Tasting notes: Bright gold with a thick white head. Soft malt and grain bread on the nose with pronounced hop bitterness. Crisp, dry palate; clean refreshing finish.
