Heritage: Burgas, on Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast, sits in a region with a long viticultural history dating back to Thracian times. Grozdova rakija — grape rakija — is one of the two main Bulgarian rakija categories alongside slivova (plum), traditionally the welcome drink across Bulgarian households and meze gatherings.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced grape aroma with a hint of dried fruit. Full, warming palate with controlled heat and a clean fruit-driven finish.
