Roner Holler Sambo — a South Tyrolean elderflower liqueur from one of Italy's most respected alpine distillers. Delicate, perfumed, and bright; the floral elegance of late-spring elderflower captured in liqueur form.

Heritage: Roner has been distilling in the South Tyrolean village of Tramin since 1946, working with alpine fruits, herbs, and flowers from the Italian-Austrian border region. Holler Sambo — taking its name from the German Holunder (elder) and the Italian sambuco — is the distillery's elderflower expression, made each spring when the trees flower across the Alps.

Tasting notes: Pale gold color. Pronounced elderflower aroma with a faint citrus lift. Smooth, gently sweet palate with delicate floral character and a clean finish.

Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent in a flute with sparkling wine for a Hugo-style spritz, over ice with tonic and lemon, or as a delicate digestif.
