Soplica Malinowa — a Polish raspberry vodka liqueur from the Soplica house, founded 1891. Vibrant, fruit-forward, and ruby-bright; raspberry nalewka in the Polish tradition.
Heritage: Soplica, founded in 1891 by Bolesław Kasprowicz, has been bottling Polish nalewki — flavored vodka liqueurs — for over a century. The Malinowa (raspberry) bottling follows the long Polish orchard-fruit tradition where fresh raspberries are macerated in pure vodka with sugar, producing the bright ruby-red liqueur poured at family gatherings from Warsaw to Wrocław.
Tasting notes: Ruby red. Pronounced fresh raspberry nose with hints of summer fruit and rose. Sweet-tart palate with bright fruit drive and a clean liqueur finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled in a small cordial glass, or over crushed ice. Excellent with sernik, makowiec, dark chocolate, or alongside vanilla ice cream.
