Murfatlar Cabernet Sauvignon Dry 2021 — a Romanian dry red built on Bordeaux's signature varietal, vintage 2021. Bold, structured, and refined; Cabernet rendered with Romanian Black Sea character.
Heritage: Murfatlar is one of Romania's most established wine houses, with vineyards near the Black Sea coast in the Dobrogea region. The maritime climate and limestone soils give Romanian Cabernet Sauvignon a fuller, more ripe-fruit profile alongside classic Bordeaux character.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Blackcurrant and cedar aromas on the nose with a hint of dried herb. Full-bodied palate with firm tannins and a long dry finish.
Pairing: Serve at cellar temperature. Excellent with grilled steaks, hearty lamb dishes, sarmale, or aged hard cheese.
