Minkov Brothers Syrah — a Bulgarian dry red built on the international Syrah varietal. Rich, structured, and spicy; Syrah rendered with the depth Bulgarian terroir gives to French varieties.
Heritage: Minkov Brothers is one of Bulgaria's more established modern wineries, working with French varietals alongside indigenous grapes like Mavrud and Melnik. Bulgaria's climate gives Syrah a fuller, ripe-fruit profile distinct from Rhône-style classics. Vegan.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Dark fruit, black pepper, and a hint of oak on the nose. Full-bodied palate with smooth tannins and a long structured finish.
Pairing: Serve at cellar temperature. Excellent with grilled red meats, lamb stews, kebapcheta, sirene cheese, or roasted vegetables.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store on its side in a cool, dark place.
