Loacker Quadratini Matcha — bite-size wafer cubes filled with matcha green-tea cream. The most modern flavor in the Quadratini line; earthy, lightly sweet, and built for the matcha-curious.
Heritage: Matcha is one of Loacker's newer Quadratini additions — the family's century of wafer craft (since Alfons Loacker opened in Bolzano in 1925) applied to a contemporary flavor. Produced on the Renon plateau in the Italian Dolomites by the third-generation Loacker family.
Why we love it: Real matcha character — earthy, slightly grassy, mildly sweet — rather than artificial green-tea flavoring; the wafer base keeps the cubes light. Halal + Kosher (OU) certified, Non-GMO Project Verified, no artificial colors or preservatives.
