Heritage: The "za jelo i kuhanje" ("for eating and cooking") format is the workhorse Dorina dark bar — large enough for a serious baking session, formulated to melt cleanly into recipes from torta to čokoladne kocke. Kraš has been milling cocoa in Zagreb since 1911.
