Dunst Sour Cherry Syrup is a 750 ml (25.4 fl oz) Serbian syrup for making a diluted cherry drink. It contains 25% cherry juice and is made with water, sugar, cherry juice, and citric acid. For serving, mix 40 ml of syrup with 200 ml of water, or use a splash in sparkling water and mocktails for a tart cherry note. Store in a cool, dark place and refrigerate after opening (max +4°C), then consume within 2 days for best freshness.
