Caucasus Valley Saperavi Tamara — a Georgian dry red built around the indigenous Saperavi grape, grown in the Kakheti region. Deep ruby color, ripe blackberry character, and the structured tannins that define Saperavi.
Heritage: Saperavi is Georgia's most planted red grape and the backbone of Kakheti winemaking — a tradition documented across several thousand years of unbroken practice in the eastern Georgian valleys.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Blackberry and dark fruit on the nose with subtle earthy and woody undertones. Soft, harmonious palate; gentle tannins with a long, fruit-driven finish.
Pairing: Serve at 14–16°C. Excellent with grilled lamb, mtsvadi, khinkali, or aged hard cheese.
