Štampar Graševina — a Croatian dry white from the Štampar winery, built on Croatia's most-planted indigenous grape, Graševina. Bright, food-friendly, and uniquely Croatian; the country's everyday white at refined family-estate quality.
Heritage: Graševina — known elsewhere as Welschriesling — is Croatia's most widely planted white grape, anchoring the continental wine regions of Slavonia and the Hrvatsko Zagorje. The grape adapts beautifully to Croatian terroir, producing wines that range from crisp everyday whites to honeyed late-harvest expressions. Štampar bottles the classic dry style.
Tasting notes: Pale straw color. Bright green-apple and citrus on the nose with a soft floral lift. Medium-bodied palate with crisp acidity and a clean dry finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with freshwater fish, light poultry, štrukli, or fresh cheese.
Pack: 750ml glass bottle. Store upright in a cool, dark place; drink young.
