Heritage: Destilerija Zarić works in the small-batch tradition of Serbian fruit rakija, where ripe orchard fruit is rendered into clear spirits in late summer. Williams Bartlett pears — viljamovka in Serbian — are the country's most prized dessert pear for distillation, valued for their floral aromatics and clean sugar profile.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced ripe pear and white-floral aroma. Smooth, gently warming palate with a clean fruit finish and no harsh heat.
