Heritage: Kruškovac — pear liqueur — is a traditional Croatian sweet liqueur made with pear flavoring, sugar, and spirit. Darna, founded in Rovinj in 1925, has been one of the most established Istrian liqueur houses, bottling kruškovac as part of its broader lineup of regional fruit and herbal liqueurs.
Tasting notes: Pale gold color. Pronounced ripe pear aroma with a soft floral lift. Sweet, viscous palate; clean pear finish.
Pairing: Serve at room temperature or chilled, neat or over ice. Excellent over vanilla ice cream, drizzled into coffee, in pear-based desserts, or as a sweet aperitif.
