Kraš Dark Chocolate — the dedicated dark eating-and-baking bar from one of Europe's oldest confectionery houses. Deep, cocoa-forward, smooth on the snap; equally at home on the dessert plate and in the mixing bowl.
Heritage: Kraš has been milling cocoa in Zagreb since 1911, and the dark chocolate line is one of the brand's longest-running formulations. Across the Balkans it's the dark bar grandmothers reach for when a recipe calls for "real chocolate."
Why we love it: The cocoa profile is bittersweet rather than aggressive — eats cleanly as a square, melts evenly for ganache, brings depth to a torta batter without bitterness taking over.
