Coka Malina — a Serbian raspberry fruit wine from the Vina Čoka winery in Vojvodina's Tisa river region. Sweet, fruit-driven, and authentically raspberry; a soft alternative to dessert wine.
Heritage: Vina Čoka has been making wine in the Northern Serbian town of Čoka since 1903, in the Vojvodinian plain between the Tisa river and the Hungarian border. Malina — raspberry — is one of the region's celebrated soft fruits, and fruit wines made from it have been a Vojvodina specialty for generations.
Tasting notes: Bright raspberry-pink color. Pronounced fresh-raspberry aroma with a hint of summer fruit. Sweet, fruit-forward palate with natural tartness; clean berry finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with cheese boards, dark chocolate, walnut cake, or as an after-dinner pour.
