Heritage: Pălincă — the Romanian-Moldovan term for fruit-distilled spirit — sits in the broader Carpathian-and-Pannonian brandy tradition. Apricot pălincă is one of the more aromatic expressions, distilled from ripe summer apricots from regional orchards. The Bucuria Jo label bottles at the everyday-table tier.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced ripe apricot aroma with hints of stone fruit and orchard blossom. Smooth, gently warming palate; clean fruit-driven finish.
