Heritage: Bakalář — meaning bachelor in Czech — is brewed at the Rakovník Brewery in central Bohemia, one of the country's smaller traditional breweries. Dry-hopping in the lagering tank is a relatively modern technique applied to the traditional Czech-style pilsner base.
Tasting notes: Bright gold with a lasting white head. Saaz hop aromatics with a lifted herbal note from the dry-hop addition. Crisp, lightly bitter palate; clean dry finish.
