Heritage: Tikveš has been making wine since 1885 in the Tikveš region around Kavadarci, a sun-baked basin where wine has been made since antiquity. The Alexandria label sits in the winery's semi-dry white range — a Balkan style favored for the diaspora table where wines often accompany sweeter desserts and lighter foods.
Tasting notes: Pale straw with green hints. Citrus blossom and green apple on the nose with a faint floral edge. Light-bodied palate with gentle sweetness and a clean refreshing finish.
