Heritage: The Aleksić name has roots in the central Balkan plum belt, where homestead šljivovica is a multi-generational craft. Prvi — first — marks this bottling as a flagship cut from the heart of the distillation, the cleanest part of the spirit run.
Tasting notes: Light golden hue. Concentrated plum on the nose with a faint stone-fruit kernel note. Silky palate, gentle heat, and a long fruit-driven finish that lingers without burning.
Pairing: Best neat at cellar temperature in a tulip glass that lets the aromatics open. Pair with hard cheeses, kulen, smoked prosciutto, or a slice of walnut torte.
