Their Williams-Christ (Williams Bon Chrétien) pear brandy captures the aromatic intensity of the Williams variety, distilled with the precision South Tyrol distillation is known for.
Tasting notes: Crystal-clear. Pronounced ripe Williams pear aroma with hints of orchard blossom and pear-skin notes. Smooth, refined palate with a long aromatic finish.
Pairing: Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass as a digestif. Excellent with apple strudel, walnut torte, aged hard cheese, or alongside espresso.
