Knights Brandy VSOP 700ml

Knights Brandy VSOP — a Caucasian grape brandy aged to VSOP standards, finished for smooth sipping. Rounded fruit, oak structure, and the warming finish of well-rested brandy.

Heritage: Brandy production in the Caucasus runs back to the late 19th century, when distillers across Georgia and Armenia adapted French cognac methods to local grape varieties. VSOP — Very Superior Old Pale — designates a longer barrel rest, traditionally at least four years, that yields rounder fruit and a smoother spirit profile.

Tasting notes: Deep amber color. Aroma of dried fruit, oak, and a hint of vanilla. Velvety palate with restrained warmth and a long, layered finish.

Pairing: Serve neat at room temperature in a snifter as a digestif. Excellent with dark chocolate, espresso, or after a hearty meal.
