Heritage: Doja is a family winery in the pristine hills of southern Serbia's Toplica region, capturing the area's authentic terroir. Tamjanika — the Serbian name for the aromatic Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains variety — has been cultivated in the central Balkans for centuries, prized for its perfumed orange-blossom character.
Tasting notes: Pale straw color. Pronounced orange blossom and stone fruit on the nose with a Muscat lift. Crisp, lively palate; clean refreshing finish.
Pairing: Serve well chilled. Excellent with fresh cheese, light pasta, fruit-based desserts, or as a perfumed aperitif.
