Doc Holliday Straight Bourbon Whiskey — an American bourbon named for the legendary frontier gambler-dentist of the Tombstone era. Full-bodied, sweetly spiced, and barrel-finished with the depth that defines premium straight bourbon.
Heritage: Straight bourbon must be distilled in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn, aged in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, and bottled without coloring or flavoring additives. The Doc Holliday name leans into Old West mythology — the kind of whiskey for which the frontier saloon was built.
Tasting notes: Deep amber color. Caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak on the nose with a hint of warm baking spice. Full-bodied palate with sweet corn and a long, oak-driven finish.
Pairing: Serve neat, over a single large ice cube, or in a classic Old Fashioned. Excellent with a hand-rolled cigar, dark chocolate, or a thick steak.
